"MWR Like" Sign-out of Items to Help While Your Household Goods Are in Transit, or to Help You and Your Family Relax Anytime
Oil City Library has easy access to items you and your family may enjoy to make life more fun, enjoyable, and safe.
It only takes an ID and something showing where you are staying to get a library card, and from there these items may be signed out for 2-weeks at a time. They are part of the Oil Region Library Association, so a library card from a participating library (Cooperstown, Franklin, or Oil City) will suffice.
